Today I've been working on my server computer. The case I chose for it is a motherboard box. so far I've put a motherboard, video, sound and ethernet cards in there. Since the cards were too wide, I had to cut out a hole in the top of the box and cover it somehow.

I was trying to research about safety however I did not find any results. Accidentally on http://www.bit-tech.net/ I found this media pc case review and it had power supply which was only covered with plastic. This convinced me to put the PSU into the box. Also this Power Supply is quite old and not very powerfull, the temperatures should not go higher than 35C (95 degrees Fahrenheit) which should not cause any problems. For safety precautions this pc will not be left without supervision while it is operating at least for the first two weeks.
